The art of re-purposing discarded cardboard is a joy for me. The world tosses away an insane amount of paper goods and boxes, I have developed a much better alternative to that. Now that also includes wood scraps, many uses for loose pieces that can be creatively reconfigured.
I not only redesigned my bedroom, I also built the entire bed including the storage drawers, the lighted headboard with the attached pillows, the shoe rack which also doubles as a seat and then the small matching nightstand.
This is a table that I rescued, stripped it down, painted it in gloss black and then painted the abstract swirls of which I covered with resin.
This was another table that actually I made from scratch, handpainted artwork and topped with resin.
